Des-tea-nation Capri

The last trip that John, our Founder (my father) took, was to Italy with most of his family. A highlight was a trip to the charming island (isola) of Capri. The boat ride there was captivating and we all had a good time there. I decided to commemorate this trip by making a tea. While there I saw loads of lemon trees and also many fig trees. Since I grew up with Fig Newtons, I love figs. So I started with a black tea and combined the figs & lemons, with a bit of vanilla.  It has been a bit of a cult tea, but people are coming to appreciate it.

This picture I took when circling the island. The stone arch is very famous.

View Capri tea here.
