How to Make a Paris Fog

A strong black tea welcomes milk and sugar and is a combination that has stood the test of time. To add a Parisian twist to this classic, we use our Paris tea blend with its notes of black currant, vanilla and bergamot as a base. Adding warmed milk brings out body and creates a smooth cup of tea. Steam or froth your milk to enjoy a Paris Fog Latte.

Yeah, normally I drink London Fog (Earl Grey with honey & vanilla, topped with frothed milk). I went to Harney & Sons Tea Shop @433 Broome Street, and taste tested the Paris Decaf tea. So, rich, so smooth and soothing after a day of shopping. I bought the tin box and went home with it. I wasn’t aware that I could taste test the tea at this establishment, and I’m glad I did! Delicious tasting tea.
