24 Hours of Tea

24 Hours of Tea

There’s never a wrong time for a cup of tea! From caffeinated teas to decaf teas, learn how different types of tea can power you from morning to, well, morning!

If you ever find yourself asking the question, “To tea? Or not to tea?” during your day, the answer is simple: tea! No matter what time it is or where you are—at home, work, on the road or living in a tiny hamlet (you see what we did there)—it’s tea time 24/7.

6AM

Wake up, sleepyhead! Clear the fog in your brain with the caffeinated tea of your choice. Not awake enough to decide which tea to start your day with? Well, there’s the aptly named English Breakfast tea, a classic caffeinated black tea. Like your tea to have a bit more of an accent? Then go brogue with our Irish Breakfast tea.

Looking to up the caffeine an-tea? Pick a matcha or a white tea—they have more caffeine than any other tea. You’ll be ready to seize the day—carpe tea-yum!

10:47AM

That time of day when you start staring at the clock, wondering if it’s time for lunch yet. You don’t want to snack, but you want something. Give your taste buds a little sumpin’ sumpin’ with one of our flavored teas. Birthday Tea is always a party in your mouth, Holiday Tea is like drinking a Christmas cookie, and of course Hot Cinnamon Spice will have you saying, “What turkey sandwich?”

3:17PM

You can blame it on the tryptophan in that turkey sandwich if you want, but the midday slump is a thing. When you need a quick pick-me-up, tea bags are your new bestea. Try our Organic Green with Citrus & Ginkgo teabags for a refreshing and light afternoon delight, or have a cup of tried-and-true Earl Grey. Feeling the need for tea when you’re on the go? With Harney tagalongs, you’re never more than 8 oz. of hot water away from a cup of ahhh.

7:08PM

Just finish a workout? Try one of our Athletea teas, specifically blended to restore electrolytes and provide your body with post-workout refreshment. Or top off your yoga class with a relaxing bath and one of our Chopra Center teas.

9:58PM

There’s nothing like a relaxing decaf tea to get you ready for a good night’s sleep. Try our decaf Chocolate Tea—it’s like wrapping yourself in a blanket. Take out your contacts, put on your Spiderman jammies and brew a cup—tea doesn’t judge.

2:42AM

We told you not to watch that Stephen King movie, but did you listen? Whatever the reason you’re up in the middle of the night, tea’s got your back (and hopefully helps get you back to bed!). Brew a quick cup of one of our herbalfruit, or rooibos teas for a totally non-scary, caffeine-free experience. Or go straight for Chamomile Herbal if you want a tea that’s known for its ability to kick insomnia’s butt.

If loving tea all day is wrong, we don’t want to be right! If you feel the same way, let us know. What are your daily tea routines? How does tea help get you through your day? Tell us in the comment section below.

Yes tea all day, everyday. I like to start my day with the Paris tea. Afternoon island coconut. Prior to calling it a night either the decaf earl grey or chamomile. I love Harney & Sons tea and have been a fan for years.

Yes, tea all day. Hot beverage is best in winter. English breakfast, Stanley’s blend or HaoYa B in the morning. Decaf Assam or decaf Earl Gray the rest of the day.

I start my day with a small pot of tea and used to move on to a cup of coffee. I have been enjoying my tea so much that I now brew myself more tea instead of coffee! I drink tea throughout the day, moving on to decaf in the afternoon. My latest goal is to drink at least one cup of green tea daily.
Thank you Harney for so many choices!
