Sip it and Love it,Guaranteed
Description
Chamomile is an herbal infusion made entirely from Egyptian chamomile flowers, not a true tea, which is why it is naturally caffeine-free. The cup is soft and honeyed, floral with a whisper of apple, and it steeps to a bright, clear yellow.
We use the whole flower, petals and pollen both, so the body stays light and mellow from the first sip to the last. It is the cup we reach for when the day is winding down.

Mike Harney's Ratings
Chamomile grows all over, in Europe and in Mexico, but I keep coming back to the Egyptian flowers for their sweetness. We use the whole flower rather than the cut-and-sifted dust most bags rely on, so the cup tastes rounder and cleaner.

The color on the buds are fresh white and bright yellow, whole with no break down.
This herbal tea has a more full bodied flavor than the Chamomile teas you get at the grocery store.
I actually will pair this with pieces of ginger or with a sachet of Decaf Hot Cinnamon Spice and a little honey.
Four Decades of Tradition
Three generations later, we still follow his one rule: only buy and blend teas that make us smile. Today we blend more than 300 of them from a home base in Millerton, New York, where the third generation is adding blends of its own.

How to Enjoy It
Chamomile is gentle by nature, which is exactly the point. Here is how we brew it so the honey and apple notes come through clean.
Water
Start with fresh spring or filtered water. It's nearly everything in the cup, and even a tea this bold takes on whatever's in the tap.
Hot
With its black tea base, you'll want to use boiling water (212ºF). Steep 5 minutes so the honey and apple notes have room to come forward.
- 1 sachet per 12 oz mug
- 1 teabag per 8 oz cup
- 1 teaspoon loose (2.5 g) per 8 oz cup
Iced
Brew it double strength, twice the tea for the same water, then pour straight over a tall glass of ice. The honeyed sweetness carries as it dilutes instead of thinning out to water.
