With St. Patrick’s Day right around the corner, we wanted to create a tea cocktail that would wow party guests. We reached out to our girl Stacie of Garden Cocktails to help us develop one of our most unique cocktail recipes to date, the Emerald Isle Sour. Read on to learn how you can make an Emerald Isle Sour at home.
What You’ll Need
- 2oz Irish whiskey
- .75oz lemon juice
- .75oz simple syrup
- ~1/2 teaspoon matcha tea, more if you want!
- Sift your matcha into a cup or matcha bowl and whisk it into the whiskey, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
- Once all ingredients are sifted together, add the cocktail to a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
- Strain and serve on ice.
- Garnish with a clover or another green edible plant or herb!
