One of my dad's favorite tea people was Jane Pettigrew. He loved her British spunk and deep tea knowledge. To have the opportunity to spend time with her discussing and drinking tea is an honor. 

That night, we will try to get into Russell Norman's restaurant Polpo. We have been intrigued by his food for some time.
