Rich and hearty, mildly brisk, but not at all bitter, but do not over-brew this one! Takes milk and sugar well, but I prefer just a tsp of wildflower honey and no milk to let that bold flavor come through. Drink this tea on a cold, damp, overcast day and you'll swear the sun is shining!
This is a very basic, brisk tea. I like it because it's a bit easier on my stomach first thing in the morning but gives me a lift. Good for an afternoon pick-up as well.
This tea has good body, a nice smooth, rich flavor, and little bitterness. I like it as an afternoon tea with a little milk
