Description
Most Pu-Erhs are made in the Yunnan Province of China, but not near the actual city of Pu-Erh. This one is made outside the city, and it is fairly high up, 5,000 feet. This is mostly golden tips, so everything is lighter and a bit sweeter. The buds have a medium level of fermentation, so the typical earthy flavors are less than those of other Pu-Erhs.
