From Anxi, in Central Fujian Province, we get this delightful tea. Ti Quan Yin is one of China's best oolongs. We get two styles of Ti Quan Yin: Qing is lighter with bright lemon flavors. Nong is the darker version with caramelized lemon flavors. Both are wonderful.
