A hand rolled style of one of China's best green tea. This spring we visited the lakeside village that makes this special tea. It was great to see the ladies hand roll the large leaves before they were flattened out in a press. Most Taiping Houkui is now made by machine, so it is nice to this hand rolled traditional green tea.
Ingredients: Green tea.
Please note: There is only one ounce per unit. We put it in a large bag to make sure the large leaves remain full.
Directions: Please put 2-3 grams (10-15 large leaves) in a heat resistant glass or teapot, add 175º hot water and steep for 3 to 4 minutes.
