Buddika began his career as a trainee tea planter for 17 years before deciding to transition into his own project to produce artisanal teas. Skilled tea artisans carefully pluck and process these leaves. Its rich character lingers on the palate, evoking the untamed essence of Sri Lanka’s highland forests, where the tea is grown on 40-foot tall trees!

This was a very nice ceylon tea. It is better than the kenilworth and a nice addition to my black tea assortment.
It is a little pricey to drink every day but still worth buying.
I do prefer kenilworth Ceylon myself . But this one would make excellent iced tea . I don’t think I pick up on the. “ toasty” notes too much . I taste apricot somehow . All in all , It’s a nice tea !
I’d hoped to get away from tea with synthetic “natural flavor” added and try straight tea. I now see most of your teas have “natural and artificial flavors”. Often that means MSG, which creates headaches and health problems for many. Can you tell us what chemical you are really adding to the tea. Is it food coloring? Animal by product? Are there any clean teas without added flavor?
