Temi Sikkim

Sikkim is located just north of Darjeeling in India. Temi, the only garden there, does its teas in a Darjeeling style. This is a mid-year tea, so it makes for a dark brew. It is light in body with honey notes.

Stunning
Average Review:

I've purchased several tins of this tea from Harney over the years, but the one that was recently delivered to my door (Aug. 2016) is extra special. If it were Champagne, it would definitely be a vintage year. This Temi greets the tongue with the just the right briskness, which quickly gives way to roundness and extended richness, all while remaining light. One of the best teas I've ever had. Like a Darjeeling, this one rewards experimentation with water temperature and steeping covered versus uncovered to extract the liquor according to one's preferences.

Delectable
Average Review:

I am a black tea fan and enjoy my daily Irish Breakfast or Scottish morn in the morning and an Earl Grey or lighter green tea in the afternoon, but this is definitely a new afternoon green tea replacement. I drink it without milk or sugar, and the flavor is outstanding. A definite new favorite!

My must-have
Average Review:

If you're an English/Irish Breakfast tea fan, Temi Sikkim might become a favorite. It is my first choice throughout the day, and year-round. I prefer it with milk.
