Description

Mike Harney has enjoyed many a pot of tea in the famous Parisian tea shops. In homage to the city, he created what's become one of Harney & Sons' most popular and beloved blends worldwide. Paris is a fruity black tea with vanilla and caramel flavors and a hint of lemony bergamot. The aroma is delightful!

 Details: Mike has spent many a fine day and a few nights enjoying the charms of Paris. In fact, his wife, Brigitte, is from Paris. So when he got the chance to return the favor, he created this lovely fruity blend. Like the city (and also his wife), it is very complex. The results are very popular!
 Dry Leaves: This complex tea is a blend of three teas. The leaves are black, and natural flavors are added to create this spectacular tea.
 Liquor: The liquor is medium to dark brown.
 Aroma: This tea smells like Earl Grey, with black currant and vanilla aromas and a hint of caramel.
 Flavors: Similar to the aroma, this tea is sweet like caramel and has a fruity flavor of black currants. You can also taste a hint of vanilla.
 Caffeine Level: Caffeinated
 Body: Medium-bodied
 Brewing Time: 15 minutes
 Brewing Temp: 212º

Ingredients
Black tea, oolong tea, black currant flavor, vanilla flavor, bergamot oil, caramel flavor.

Directions & Recipes

1. Boil 4 cups of water and pour over 1 pouch in a large pitcher.
2. Steep for 15 minutes, and then fill with 12 cups of cold water.
3. Remove the pouch and gently squeeze it.
4. Garnish with lemon, orange slice, or fresh mint.
