Learn more about the relationship between tea and caffeine, and join me as I bust a few myths. There is a tea for you whether you're looking for a boost in the morning or to reduce your caffeine intake. 

 

While I generally feel quite comfortable in front of the camera, I definitely had a bit of trouble when trying to get a particular line out about tips and buds. My brother, Alex Harney, who shot and edited the video felt strongly about sharing the blooper reel from this segment...
