Our Review
Our tea purchaser is from Colombia and she came up with the idea for this tea. She loves guava and combining it with coconut and hibiscus flowers reminds her of home. Being a woman, she had to make it look pretty, and she added in flowers: the yellow of marigolds and blue of cornflowers. To complete it she gave it the Spanish name for the Caribbean.
Dry Leaves Although this tea is a mixture of green and black teas, the dry leaves are mostly dark with cornflower.
Liquor The black and green tea leaves in Caribe make for a medium brown liquor.
Aroma A tropical and fruity aroma that makes you fell that you are Cartagena, Colombia or somewhere else in the Caribbean.
Caffeine Level Caffeinated
Body This tea has a medium body, heavier than our other flavored green teas because of the blend of green and black.
Flavors Many tropical flavors; guava, coconut, hibiscus and strawberry.

Absolutely PERFECT for lattes!
Average Review:

I tried this randomly at a coffee shop and loved it so much I bought a tin. It's now my go-to tea for lattes. Just heat up a little milk (almond milk, soy milk, any kind) and throw in a pinch of sugar and pour this brewed tea over top and you have perfection. This is the tea that made me a Harney customer for life.

Fruity
Average Review:

The aroma is fruity and pleasant. The flavor is dominated by the guava and strawberries. To me at least, the tea and coconut flavors are lost among the fruit. Not necessarily a bad thing, but could bother some people. I personally do wish the tea flavor stood out a little more.

I suspect this tea would make an exception iced tea for a hot summer day.

A sexy tropical blend that reminds me of Key West
Average Review:

Growing up as a child in Key West, I was introduced to exotic tropical flavors, and my favorites included; guava, and coconut. This tea definitely has a sexy tropical Caribe vibe. I'm glad it is not too fruity like punch, but has just the right blend of florals and fruity flavors. I do have to admit I prefer the mango black tea for a tropical iced.. but this is a great alternative if you are bored or want to try something a bit unusual. Reminds me of lounging on my grandma's porch swing in Key West with a tropical breeze blowing. I also like to add tangy key lime juice to this tea or coconut milk for an iced "dessert tea".
