Details:To help you make the delightful Indian beverage of chai, we created this Indian Spice. It is strong and definitely spicy, although we do not add the peppers found in many Indian chai recipes. Just add the milk and sugar you think are correct. It may also be drunk on its own.
Dry Leaves:CTC Assam is the base for this tea, which is blended with nutmeg and cardamom. The dry leaves are a bright brown and have been cut, torn, and curled into small pellets.
Liquor:The liquor is medium to dark brown.
Aroma:The spices of nutmeg and cardamom come through.
Flavors:Indian Spice tastes like a mixture of strong spices and makes a delicious chai tea.
