Ingredients

Hemp Moringa: Hemp leaves and flowers, organic moringa leaf, organic turmeric, organic coconut pieces, organic holy basil, organic goji berries, organic nutmeg, organic black pepper.

Organic Chaga Chai: Chaga mushroom, wakaya ginger, cinnamon, coconut pieces, cardamom, nutmeg.

Organic Golden Milk: Org. turmeric, org. ginger, org. coconut pieces, org. black pepper, and org. chicory root.

Directions & Recipes

Mix 1 tablespoon into 8 oz of water or milk, then heat on a stovetop to just under boiling (180ºF). We recommend using plant-based oat milk with a dash of honey. If you prefer a smoother brew, please strain before enjoying. Alternatively, you can brew it like a tea for 5 minutes using boiling water (212ºF) and strain out all the pieces as necessary.

Wellness Latte

1 tbsp. of Wellness Tea
8 oz. hot water
1 tsp. raw honey or coconut sugar (optional)
1/4 cup coconut milk or milk substitute
