Our Citrus Blend was inspired by our French friend, Francois Payard, a famous pastry chef. He wanted a tea blend featuring three types of citrus fruits. We blended black teas with natural bergamot, grapefruit, and orange flavors to create a sophisticated delight.

Ingredients: Black tea, oolong tea, bergamot, orange flavor, grapefruit flavor.

Details: It has been an honor to be associated with Chef Francois Payard. He is opening more & more restaurants. This blend was done for his original restaurant and it works well with sweet pastries. The combined citrus flavors provide a nice counter point to meringue or macaroons or other delights.

Dry Leaves: Dark brown leaves.

Liquor: The citrus in this blend gives the liquor a reddish brown color.

Aroma: The scent of fresh citrus makes up the aroma of this tea.

Caffeine Level: Caffeinated

Body: A medium body that leaves a refreshing citrus taste in your mouth.

Flavors: This tea has many citrus flavors although orange and grapefruit may be the most obvious flavors.
