Promotional store credit (credit we give you through rewards, referrals, birthday offers, and cashback) expires 24 months after we issue it, and we show the expiration date with your balance. Purchased gift cards do not expire. If your balance moved over when we upgraded our store credit system in August 2026, we may not have an expiration date on record for it; in that case we show your balance without an expiration date, and you can write to us for the itemized history from before the upgrade.
No. Only reviews submitted via our e-mail request form will earn store credit. You may only earn 1 reward for a submitted review request every 7 days.
