For over 8 years Alex Harney has been travelling to the Himalayas coaching ice hockey with The Hockey Foundation. After practices and games, Kahwa was served and enjoyed and this is our take on that experience. We used Kangra tea from the Himachal Pradesh region, which lends a unique taste as a base tea, and then added cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, safflowers, and almond flavor. This tea can be enjoyed as is, but for a more traditional experience, sweeten and serve with crushed almonds. 50% of sales go to support The Hockey Foundation’s programs.
