Details: Stanley Mason's family had worked with tea for three generations in England. In 1933, he came to New York to help Americans learn to love tea. In 1960, he retired to Salisbury, Connecticut, and started Sarum Teas. He met John Harney around 1970 and took him on as a student, and years later sold him Sarum Teas. John agreed to get into the tea industry under the condition that "Stanley would teach him everything," and Stanley did pass on the experience of three generations of teamen to John. This tea was made to honor Stanley. Stanley would be so proud of John and his three generations of teamen!
