The Ceremonial Duo

The two grades our matcha drinkers reach for together. Jobetsugi is the thin grade, bright and approachable, smooth enough to drink straight and forgiving in a latte. Senjunomukashi is the thick grade, the style the Japanese tea ceremony traditionally uses, with deep umami and a mouth-filling body that rewards a slower morning.

Both are stone-milled in Japan and blended from named cultivars, so you can taste exactly what separates one grade from the next. The bamboo whisk is included, on us.
