The Matcha Cultivar Flight

Three blends, nine cultivars, one tasting table. The flight moves through our ceremonial line the way we taste it. Jobetsugi, the thin grade, is bright and approachable. Senjunomukashi, the thick grade, is the style the Japanese tea ceremony traditionally uses. Unjonotomo, the extra thick grade, is the sweetest and creamiest bowl we make.

Every blend is built from named cultivars, and each tin's page maps exactly what you are tasting. The bamboo whisk is included, on us.
