One of our absolutely favorites, this creamy tea has a full-mouth body, and a green/herbaceous taste with notes of floral (this from a gal who hates tasting rose or lavender). It's difficult to describe, except to say that it tastes like a black tea, without giving the jitters, and it's got a slight bite to it without being sharp. I love it straight up, or with a small amount of coconut milk in it.
I had this tea in London alongside a Chelsea Flower Show inspired afternoon tea at The Corinthia in London ... it was an inspired choice. Delightful, fragrant and light. Beautifully balanced.
We have had nothing but the highest praise for this tea. It is the perfect iced tea which is made often in the summertime. We serve it at parties and people are always ranting and raving about it. It is so good! However, make sure you do not over brew this tea as it will get a slight bitter taste.
