How long does shipping take during the holidays?
Standard orders ship within 2 to 4 business days, or 3 to 5 business days during promotions and holidays, and ground delivery within the U.S. takes 5 to 14 days after that. We ship on business days only, and faster methods (FedEx 3-Day, 2nd Business Day, and Next Business Day) are listed on our shipping page. What is the difference between a tea sampler and a tea chest?
Both hold an assortment of teas we choose for you. A sampler is an easy way to try a range before you settle on favorites: our Harney Heritage black boxes hold 15 to 20 teabags or wrapped sachets, and the Teabag & Honey Sampler pairs 56 teabags with 10 honey sticks. A tea chest is a keepsake to set out for guests, such as the Tea Chest Featuring Eight Teas (Assorted), which holds 32 individually wrapped sachets in eight flavors and can be refilled.
How does the Harney & Sons Digital Gift Card work?
It arrives by email as a unique 16-digit code, with no physical card, so you can forward our email to the recipient or share the code however you like. It can be spent on tea and merchandise at harney.com and in our shops in SoHo and Millerton, New York, though not on subscription products. Promotional offers and coupon codes do not apply to buying a gift card.
