I haven't found another oolong to match this one. To put it bluntly, it tastes like peach water. And that is remarkable considering this all comes from tea leaves. I brew it at 180 for 4 minutes. Definite peach, apricot tones but with some inexplicable heft that makes the flavor "rounder" than actual warm peach water. This is the pinnacle of the "water sprite" oolongs you'd likely find elsewhere.
I'm a huge Harney fan! I have several of their oolongs and thought it couldn't get any better...then I tried this one. Wow! The fragrance, color, taste...so smooth, elegant, complex. I'll be placing an another order asap.
I ordered a bunch of samples and this was one of them. Oolongs are the teas I'm least familiar with, and I suppose it will stay that way. I was excited to try this tea because it had no negative reviews, and when I brewed it, it tasted bitter and I didn't find any notes of peach at all. Maybe I just got a bad batch, or more likely, Oolong isn't my tea.
