Koreans started to make Pu-erh tea on Jeju Island on the south of Korean Peninsula in 2013. They use the Yabukita plant (normally used for green tea in Japan). The tea is fermented at room temperature for 6 weeks, so like Pu-erhs traditionally made in Yunnan Province. So if you like to experiment with dark teas, this would be one to try.

Ingredients: Black tea.
