Traditional Da Hong Pao

Just north of the city of Wuyisan are the oolongs gardens that rise to the rock cliffs that this tea comes from. This tea is done in  the old school way of slowly drying it over charcoal, thus the toasty flavors mixed stone fruit flavors.  Just what the doc ordered.
