This April, we toured Southern Zhejiang Province looking for nice, new green teas. Our friend Mr. Lu took us to the town of Tian Tai. We went up to the top of a hill that overlooks the river and the town of Tian Tai. At this tea garden, they grow an unusual type of tea. The new leaves are a distinct yellow hue. We have never seen that. In tasting the young tea, we fell in love with the sweet flavors and robust body of this green tea. That is a sign of high levels of amino acids and delightful tasting tea. We were only able to buy a small amount of this tea, so get it while you can!.
